The Art of Wine Tasting - Wine 101 Class - will take students through a systematic wine tasting exercise that will revolve around analyzing the wine by its color, the benefit of swirling the wine, smelling the wine, sipping it to coat your palate and then savor the wine by determining all the facets of the wine and if this wine would be something you enjoy or not.
The class will include:
Meet & Greet: Sparkiing Wine
